Franklin Roosevelt: The SaviorFranklin D. Roosevelt, FDR, was the 32nd president of the United States. During this time period he is often viewed as the Savior of the American economy due to his tremendous contributions and efforts to reach a solution for the Great Depression. He brought hope to the American society, and in turn society trusted him to redeem the current economic status. FDR was a shining Savior in the midst of a dark cloud of Depression on the also depressed society.
